    I´m very interested on the material presented in your “Manage Change”. We have 7 years of experience performing kaizens at Embraer and we are at a moment to review our strategy. Maybe your approach could be interesting to hear. Do you have a material with further explanations, besides pictures that you could send in order I can show to my colleagues and boss?
