  4. Vedzen, No need to tell you as you have already experienced this in Milton. Kaizen is not only to improve the processes & products but to empower people. Without developing people, we cannot improve the process and without improving the processes, the product quality cannot be improved. Kaizen is all about engaging people. Precisely, this is the theme for this year of Indizen – Employee Excellence for Operational Excellence. Please do come.
